By accessing or using the Actium platform ("Service"), operated by Actium Inc. ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Actium provides AI-powered SEO automation agents that analyze websites, generate optimization tasks, and assist with content and technical SEO workflows. The Service is offered as a subscription-based SaaS platform accessible via web browser.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Each organization on the platform is managed by its Owner, who controls billing, team membership, and workspace configuration. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Usage-based overage charges, when enabled, are calculated at the end of each billing cycle and added to the next invoice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by Actium Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create or import into the platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data as described therein. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide any data you upload to the platform.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated recommendations will achieve specific SEO results. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all tasks before implementation on your websites.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Actium Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through the billing settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we will retain your data for 30 days to allow export.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
